Abstract

Sistem pendidikan pada berbagai profesi dibidang kesehatan, khususnya kebidanan, berfokus pada pengetahuan dan praktik dalam menghasilkan  lulusan yang terjun pada pelayanan klinis. Pendidikan kebidanan terdiri dari pembelajaran teori dan pembelajaran praktik. Pada pendidikan klinik, keterampilan diasah dengan simulasi dalam laboratorium dan praktik klinik yang membutuhkan evaluasi formatif. Feedback merupakan bagian penting dalam evaluasi formatif. Literature review ini disusun untuk menganalisis feedback yang efektif dalam evaluasi pembelajaran praktek laboratorium dan klinik, khususnya pada pendidikan kesehatan. Literature review ini disusun untuk menganalisis feedback yang efektif dalam evaluasi pembelajaran praktek laboratorium dan klinik, khususnya pada pendidikan kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review. Analisis dilakukan terhadap 13 artikel jurnal. Hasil literature review ini menunjukkan umpan balik efektif dan teratur dapat memperkuat praktik yang baik, meningkatkan kemampuan refleksi diri pada peserta didik, dan memotivasi peserta didi untuk mendapatkan hasil yang diinginkan . Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penting untuk dapat mengetahui feedback yang efektif dalam melakukan evaluasi pembelajaran praktikum dan klinik bagi mahasiswa merupakan salah satu cara untuk dapat menilai keberhasilan pembelajaran dan penguasaan keterampilan
