Transportation plays an important role in community development and mobility; however, it also contributes to problems such as the increasing number of traffic accidents. The lack of implementation of safety driving practices and the low awareness and concern for safe driving are contributing factors, thereby necessitating safety driving training to enhance drivers’ knowledge, discipline, and compliance with traffic regulations. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitude, and perception with safety driving behavior among ambulance and operational vehicle drivers at PT Bundamedik Tbk in 2025. This research is a quantitative study using a cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 35 drivers. Date collected were analyzed using the chi-square test with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results showed that out of the three variables studied, two had a significant relationship with safety driving behavior: knowledge (p-value = 0.016) and attitude (p-value = 0.001). Meanwhile, one variable, perception, did not show a significant relationship (p-value = 0.533). Therefore, drivers need to improve their knowledge, adjust their behavior, and increase their awareness of safety by avoiding risky actions that may endanger themselves and others while driving.
