Analisis Faktor-Faktor Risiko Kejadian Dismenore Primer Pada Remaja Putri di Negara Berkembang dan Asia Tenggara : Sistematik Literatur Review (SLR)

Latar Belakang: Dismenore primer merupakan masalah kesehatan yang umum dialami oleh remaja putri di berbagai belahan dunia, termasuk negara berkembang dan Asia Tenggara. Kondisi ini dapat memengaruhi kualitas hidup dan aktivitas sehari-hari mereka. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis berbagai faktor risiko yang berkontribusi terhadap kejadian dismenore primer pada remaja putri di negara berkembang dan Asia Tenggara berdasarkan studi-studi terkini. Metode: Kajian sistematik dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan PICO dan menganalisis artikel-artikel yang relevan dari database elektronik seperti Science Direct, PubMed, Springer Link, Sage Pub, dan Google Scholar. Kriteria inklusi mencakup artikel berbahasa Inggris, full-text, dan dapat diakses secara gratis, dengan desain penelitian kualitatif, RCT, cross-sectional, quasi-experimental, dan meta-analisis dari tahun 2014 hingga 2024. Peneliti menggunakan metode PRISMA dalam analisis data. Hasil: Dari analisis, teridentifikasi sepuluh artikel relevan membahas faktor-faktor risiko sebagai kontribusi utama terhadap kejadian dismenore primer: Faktor psikologis: Stres dan kecemasan (5 artikel), Faktor sosial: Dukungan sosial dan status ekonomi (4 artikel). Faktor fisik: Pola makan dan aktivitas fisik (3 artikel). Faktor lingkungan: Faktor lingkungan yang memengaruhi kesehatan (2 artikel). Faktor genetik dan hormonal: Penelitian menunjukkan adanya kontribusi faktor genetik dalam 3 artikel.. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 60% remaja mengalami dismenore, dengan faktor-faktor emosional dan gaya hidup yang signifikan. Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor risiko dismenore primer sangat beragam dan dapat dipengaruhi oleh aspek psikologis, sosial, dan gaya hidup. Pendekatan holistik diperlukan untuk mengatasi masalah ini di kalangan remaja putri, termasuk pendidikan kesehatan dan dukungan emosional
