Gambaran D-Dimer Dan Limfosit Pada Pasien Terkonfirmasi Covid-19 Di RS Haji Jakarta

Penyakit Virus Corona tahun 2020 merebak virus baru coronavirus jenis baru (SARS-CoV-2) yang penyakitnya disebut Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19). Virus ini ditemukan di Wuhan, China pertama kali dan Lebih dari 30,6 juta kasus Covid 19 dan 950.000 kematian telah dilaporkan ke WHO per 2 Maret 2020.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran D-dimer dan limfosit pada pasien terkonfirmasi Covid-19 di RS Haji Jakarta. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional (potong lintang). Sebanyak tiga puluh pasien terkonfirmasi Covid-19 yang diambil menggunakan data sekunder berupa rekam medis di Laboratorium RS Haji Jakarta. Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan pada pasien terkonfirmasi Covid-19 terhadap 30 sampel pasien, didapatkan laki-laki sebanyak 17 orang (56,7%) dan perempuan sebanyak 13 orang (43,3%). Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan D-dimer didapatkan hasil nilai normal D-dimer sebanyak (40%) sedangkan hasil abnormal D-dimer sebanyak (60%). Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan limfosit didapatkan hasil nilai limfosit menurun sebanyak (43,4%), untuk hasil nilai limfosit normal sebanyak (50%), sedangkan nilai limfosit meningkat sebanyak (6,6%).
